The workshop offers a calm and grounding space where both experienced practitioners and beginners are guided to slow down, listen within, reflect, explore, and journal in a creative, intuitive, and compassionate way.
You don’t have to be into yoga—the prompts play with poetic and thought-provoking ideas about how we live and aim to help everyone get out of the head and into the body, writing more freely and making sense of what is going on in your life.
